Every piece passes through three masters’ hands.
The goldsmith builds the form, the setter seats the stone, the polisher opens the light. All three benches stand under one roof in Nuruosmaniye.

Questions & answers
Why are there no prices on the pieces?
Gold jewellery has no fixed price: it is calculated as grams × fineness × the day's bullion rate + workmanship. We publish live rates on the Gold Prices page; the WhatsApp link on each product page sends the piece's name and reference code for a current quote.
What do karat and millesimal fineness mean?
Fineness is the pure-gold share of the alloy in thousandths: 22K is 916, 18K is 750, 14K is 585. Every product page states the piece’s karat, fineness and gram weight; hand-woven 22K pieces vary up to ±10% in weight.
How does a wedding band order proceed?
Measurements are taken at an appointment and the engraving is approved on paper first; two fittings follow, and delivery is completed before the wedding week. If you do not know your size, the inner diameter of a ring you own, in millimetres, is enough.
Is delivery safe?
Every shipment travels fully insured, in packaging that does not name the contents, with a camera-recorded hand-over. Hand delivery by appointment is available within İstanbul.
Do you take old gold in exchange?
Yes; our appraisal service values your old gold at the day's rate, and it can be exchanged toward a new piece. The appraisal happens in the boutique, in front of you.
What are the return terms?
Standard pieces carry a 14-day return period. By Turkish regulation, 22K and 24K gold and personalised engraved pieces are exempt from the withdrawal right; this is stated clearly before any order.
